Born in Auckland and raised in the Waikato, Affiliated to Ngai te rangi, Ngati ranginui and Tainui iwi.
Is an experienced educator that has spent 20 years working with rangatahi.
I have extensive knowledge and passion in the areas of Alternative Education, Youth Training, Youth Guarantee and youth leadership programmes.
Currently Joe is the Head of Tauira Experience for Te Wananga o Aotearoa and has been with the Te Wananga o Aotearoa for 10 years
